Magnesium is a mineral that is needed by EVERY CELL of your body

Do you often drink carbonated beverages, caffeine and consume sweet foods?
Even if you have a healthy balanced diet, carbonated sodas contain phosphates that bind with magnesium inside the digestive tract, making it unavailable for your body to utilise. You end up flushing this magnesium out of your system.

This is much the same when you eat sweet treats and foods high in refined sugars. When refined sugar is made it is stripped from all magnesium content so not only is it a zero magnesium product it causes the body to separate and expel it from the blood or tissues, as waste or harmful matter.

Some more simple ways of telling if you could be deficient in magnesium
Do you experience a lot of stress in your life?
Have you recently had surgery?
Are you on medications such as heart, asthma, birth control?
Do you drink more than the recommended alcohol intake per week?
